Ahab was one of the kings of Israel (after the separation of Israel and Judea.)
His name in Hebrew means "brother of the father."

Ishmael was half Arab. Abraham was his father, Hagar his mother. One Jew,
one Arab. He is important in both traditions so it makes the Arab/Israeli
conflict even sadder.

Is Ahab an Arab name?
