ck: That's a play, all righty. I assumed Eric was fooling around--Ubi, as in more than one Ubu, ubiquitous, multiples rois, etc.

I wondered if he weren't playing on "ubi" as the Latin word for 'where', playing as in the motto: "Semper ubi, sub ubi." -- translated "always wear underwear". But I couldn't make it work.
