This is confusing. There have been UEBC tables in liblouis for quite
some time now named UEBC-g1.utb and UEBC-g2.ctb. I'm sure these new
tables are a big improvement, but the old ones should probably be
removed and the news should note that these tables are improved, not
new. In addition, I'm curious as to why these tables were renamed. I
guess it does make sense to have the language name at the start, but at
the very least, the news should note the rename to avoid confusion for
existing users.
