[liblouis-liblouisxml] On the build errors in release 2.5.2

It is odd that there are errors with this upgrade of gnulib, but there
were none before. The errors probably affect all distros derived from
Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This includes CentOS, of course, but there are
others. Has there been any response from the gnulib mailing list?
