Hi Lori:
Are you scanning normally or in Safe Mode. Safe Mode is a mode of Windows
that just loads the bare essentials. This means that if you use JAWS or
Zoomtext that you wiill not have the ability to. To boot into Safe Mode,
hold.down the F8 key as the computer is booting. From the menu, select
Safe Mode with networking. You might need assistance with this.
