[JA] Juno problems?

Hey all
i must admit that i haven't been following all that's been going on in
here lately, but now i have a couple of real problems i need to try to
address
I'm on a mailing list that sends me email as posts come in. Posts from
users in that group come in fine through the group, but lately at least
one of my friends has not been able to send a personal email to me. the
mail she sends bounces and she always is told that my box is full.
my box is *NEVER* full, so what gives?
the other issue that i have come to realize is that i recieve email
viruses somewhat regularly now (one every week or 2), almost as if it's a
personal attack. I've used SpamCop and MailWasher in attempts to stop
it, but it doesn't seem to really change much. Any ideas as to how i can
reclaim my email addy, or should i kill this one and try to start a new
one
