I can't see a reference to OS, or OS2004 but both the packages are identical, apart from the thirty day sticker.

Same as I have then - I bought the full software with the N. England set and just the maps for S. England and Scotland. I've never seen any limited functionality warning though. Are all your sets for OS5 or are some for OS2004? bones -----Original Message----- From: jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gerry Winskill Sent: 22 May 2007 12:28 To: jhb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jhb] Re: Memory Map Problem The upgrade is the version containing just the maps. The South version is labelled "With full function software". I think that was about £60 and the "upgrade" £40. Gerry Winskill bones wrote:Not sure what you mean by upgrade. The software comes in two flavours - program plus maps or just maps. Neither seem to have any restrictions on my PC (or PDA). I use mine almost constantly in the car now. With the OS maps selected I find it handy to keep an eye on. Not specifically for the roads as I know my way around most of them but for buildings or nurseries that have no roadside indication of their presence and which you inevitably end up driving past before you see them. bones -----Original Message----- From: jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gerry Winskill Sent: 22 May 2007 08:48 To: jhb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jhb] Memory Map Problem I've just loaded MM, to set up tomorrow evening's routes. Only to find there was no quarter mil coverage of the area South East of Barrow. I'd clearly had it because the track was present, disappearing into the white, for an earlier flight that coasted out at WAL and headed for Ronaldsway. I could get it on the 500mil but nothing would produce the quarter mil coverage that displays the end of the Wirral and Westward, I'd bought the full version of the CAA South and the Upgrade for the North. Looking at the latter, I see it says that after 30 days it is view only software. After re installing the CAA North I've got coverage of the missing area back. Any other user hit this one yet/ When it bears a CAA label I guess smooth running is a bit much to expect. Gerry Winskill
