Hi Crystal,

Yes, there are a couple things you need to know before getting anew 
computer with jaws.  First make sure your video card works with Jaws.  I 
had a lot of trouble with mine in the beginning.  Something was interfering 
with Jaws and I could not highlight, cut, copy or paste anything and had to 
work with the Freedom Scientific support.

Also, there are good suggestions on how to get xp set up to work with Jaws 
both from Freedom Scientific and from the www.accesstechnologyinstitute.com 
web site.
