RE: major problems with say all in new JAWS update

I got the same error message, and have been wondering since last night
what caused it. As at least two of you had the same experience I did, I
guess that's just how the ball bounces. The only real annoyance was
having to do the download three times. I should have looked in my temp
directory, in case the download dumped the patch there. I presume it's
an executable file.

Well today I went to the jaw update thing in the help. When I got done
loading the update and it said it could not install it. What it said to
do
was to run my jaws 8 disk and do the repair and that is what I did. So
then
I went back to the online update in the jaws help and it installed find
and
every thing is working just great----- Original Message -----
