Hi, Tom, thanks for the websites. I'm doing some research and I'll use the
info you put out. Thanks for taking time with me. Have a blessed day.

  Hi Jamie,

Hi, on the subject of jaws and jobs, are there any of you out there who do
911 dispatching or other dispatching either on site or at home? What other
away from home jobs are being done with jaws today? I know teachers and social
workers and programmers and transcriptionists and legal workers, but what else?

Well, I don't have an answer to that, but there are web sites that you
might want to look at. The ACB has a job bank, which you can access at:

    http://www.acb.org/acbjobs/index.html

The NFB may have something similar but I haven't kept current on this. At
one time they had something called Job Opportunities for the Blind, which was a
program that helped you network, do some job development, that sort of thing.
Do a search at

    nfb.org

and you may find something related to the JOB program, if it still exists.

Hope this helps, and good luck in your job search.
