I supplied the address in answer to a query because I happened to have it. I
don't use Google Accessible myself. When I tested it in the past, I found
some important information was missing on the search results page. what that
was, I don't remember, but in addition to the "lucky" button, which I also
don't use, I notice now that Google Accessible doesn't show how many hits a
search gets.

What new features does the new Google have that the other Google didn't?
Other than NOT having an I'm feeling lucky button?
Thanks,

How would folks get to the Google accessible search engine, if they wanted
to?

Glad to know modified chess is still out there for the blind. I learned it
in my teens, but haven't played in 30years or more. Something about
discovering girls interfered with me concentrating on chess. lol

Dear Cy,
Yes, I wonder if a lot of JAWS users are simply not aware of the "Google
Accessible" search engine?

As I said, it works perfectly for me, and well ... Perfect is good enough!

Hello Friends,

I have been using "Google Accessible" for some time, and had not had any
problems with it.

I find it 10 times better than the standard "Google" search engine.

this is just me, but I never never use Google. I use msn.com for all
searches, and it works fine with JAWS up to 12. Not sure if I've done it
since I got JAWS 12, but that was only a week ago.

Same thing happening to me. I use jaws 12 but it has also happened with jaws
10 and 11. Really annoying.

All,

Sometimes when I go to google I have to reload the page because I find that
when I go into forms mode and try to type nothing will type. Anyone else
have this issue? It's happened with a few versions of jaws I have and it
only seems to be on the google search engine. Currently using jaws12.

Not sure if it's a jaws issue or IE.
