Have there been any recent hardware changes to that computer? That could cause JAWS to become hungry for another authorization. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of RAWest Sent: Monday, May 05, 2008 7:02 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: Strange problem with jaws. Hi folks. I've encountered a very weird problem with jaws. I'be been using jaws version 8.0 on my daughter's computer, but for some reason, now, when it comes up, no speech at all. I've looked at the settings, and as far as I can tell, it seems to be right. I've tried reinstalling 8.0, but it won't let me do that, giving me a message asking for my authorization disk. The authorization is up to date on there. Anyone ever had such a problem as this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG.
