Hi Steve,
If you are refering to the start menu, and not the start-up page in
msconfig, then do the following:
Press the Windows key, and then highlight the shortcut for Jaws 6, and then
press the applications key, and then arrow to delete, and press enter.
Yu will get the usual  confirmation dialogue, so okay that and you are done.

thinking of the start menu. I uninstalled jaws 6.10 from my system using the
uninstall feature with jaws. It still says jaws 6.10 in my start menu and if
I right arrow it will say jaws 2. I can't find a place to remove it. I have
a hot key which is control alt j for jaws 6.20 and it doesn't work anymore
since I installed jaws 7. How can I get that jaws 6.10 our of my start menu.
I went to add/remove and it is not there.
