Hello Adrian,

Thank you for the information.

Roger Bachelder

Hi, Roger.

I am also frustrated each time I have to get through so many repetitious
fields to reach the substance of previous messages in the thread. When
submitting messages to the list and elsewhere, I delete the "to," "subject"
and "date" fields before pressing send. I think it's useful to show who
wrote the preceding messages, so I keep the "from" field.

It's also regrettable that a few people feel compelled to add political and
other tag lines to their messages that we must read each time they write. I
wish people were willing to use pre-formatted messages for certain purposes
and pure message content for others, such as this list.
Hi Yardbird,

I completely agree with you about wanting to keep the responses beneath the
current message. But I would like to get rid of everything in between each
message, so it would appear as if there were two people in one room having a

conversation. Like I said, I don't even know if it is even possible. I'm
hoping it is, and that someone can provide me the information on how to do
this.
