I completely agree with Jack.  I too have benefited from the help of
others, and I too wish to give some back.

I always like to inform someone of all the possible resources where they
may obtain further information, or a better answer than I can give, but
I do try and give the best answer that I can.  I'd like to see everyone
acknowledge their obligation to the list as Jack has done, and to try
and repay it by helping others.  There's always a choice as to how you
give the help; either abruptly, bordering on the rood, or with kindness
and understanding.  I hope we'll all struggle for the latter, despite
our own problems which may make us short tempered at times.
