I personally believe, if someone needs to be educated, try the help but if 
the problem needs immediate attention, this is what this list is for, to 
assist people. People can not memorize the entire help nor should they have 
to go searching through the myriad of information to find one simple 
solution. but I do agree with the poster who said that the users should,if 
possible, learn independence so writing notes may help as does the help 
file.the problem isn't
