I've always appreciated the compact communication style that David, =
Bruce
and others have provided. It helps me think through things and delve =
into
the product. Clear questions yield clear answers. I also sometimes
appreciate the more lengthy teaching style that Jack and others employ
because some times I don't know how to frame a compact enough question. =
My
own offerings tend to be lengthy. If the offering is too long, too =
short,
doesn't fit my business need, something that I've known for a long time =
or
is just a rant, I can discard it and move on. If it's just what I need =
I
use and save it. I don't see these as competing or mutually exclusive
styles of communication. I don't see it as a competition of expertise
either. I'm happy to learn from the several styles and those who so
consistently answer, guide, help, share, and encourage us all to just =
get on
with it. =20

I'm not saying people don' deserve answers, I'm saying that there are =
things
one can do to help themselves and I am saying that if an answer is not =
or
does not appear to be sufficient, clarity can be asked for and will be
given.

Hey Everyone,

We were all new at this once! If someone doesn't know the answer to
something, then the question is very important to the person asking it. =
And
they deserve to have their question answered. Sometimes going through =
help
documents can take all day if you don't know how to find the info you =
need.
I've learned a lot from those of you on this list just by reading. And =
I'm
glad that I've been able to contribute as well. Jaws is a very complex
program to learn. So, no matter if the question is quite simple or
something rather complicated. They all deserve an answer as
well as patients. Jack
