Carliss,
When you are in the message list and on the message you want to
know more about, hit alt-enter. You can then hit tab on general to
get more information about the message or right arrow to details and
hit tab to get even more information about the message such as what
e-mail program the sender used. Do a Control-Home to get to the top
of the page of information and then arrow down through the lines. You
can press escape to get out and back to the message list.
