There are some bits of info you can get from a message header by
manipulating the columns as has been suggested, but the width is narrow no
matter what you do and you cannot get them all in so have to make sacrifices
and if you set the columns to narrow, the info won't fit for each field so
be carefull when exploring this.

Another way to have jaws speak a good deal of info though it is not
recommended for blind and sighted alike for security reasons is to enable
the preview payne under lay out in the view menu.
