No, many times people use Word to send email messages. Outlook will let you
do this but I don't know where to turn that feature off in 2010. I have to
hit the alt key and then hit enter on the message bar to get it to read.
Remember, cars aren't the only things recalled by their maker!

I use Windows 7 and Office 2010, but I'm not tracking exactly what your
problem is. Are you talking about documents attached to emails?

Greetings all,
I'm wondering if there is a way to go in and tell Outlook not to use
documents in the messages. I'm having trouble getting the document to read,
and the only way I can do it is to press the Alt key and hit enter on the
message bar.
It is showing some kind of info toolbar, and I'd love to get rid of all that
stuff.
Is there a way to do this?
I'm using windows 7, Office 2010, and I alternate between JAWS 11 and the 12
Beta.
The issue is the same with both versions of JAWS.
Remember, cars aren't the only things recalled by their maker!
