Hi, Marsha. You might want to try this. 1. Go to your desktop. 2. Press the applications key, the one on the right, next to the control key. 3. When it says: Arrange icons by submenu, press Enter on that. If it doesn't say that when you first press the application key, press your down arrow key until you reach it, then press enter. 4. Press the down arrow key until you reach a menu option that says Show desktop icons. Press Enter, then press Alt+F4 to close this window. Let us know if that fixes the problem.
