And I don't understand why it isn't working for Katherine. If she has disabled fast user switching and starts jaws as a service, it should work. Katherine, is it still not working? Did you find the checkbox to uncheck for fast user switching? And you changed the jaws icon target properties to net start jfwservice? And the icon where you changed the target is the same place that has the alt control J hotkey assigned?
