Subject: Jaws and the Login Screen

  Hi, Everyone,

I am having a problem with speech on the login screen. There are 2 users and
we each have a password. I am the only one using Jaws as he turns it off when
logged on. When we go to the login screen to switch members, if I want to get
on, there is no speech whatsoever and I have no way to tell where I am. Even
when you use the keystroke to bring it back, it won't work. I have to have
someone place the cursor on my password and then type it in. Then I have to
turn Jaws on again. Is this supposed to be this way or can it be changed?

I have a Dell Demension310 and Windows XP Home Edition with Jaws 6.0.

Thank you for anything you can come up with to solve this problem.

  Katherine
