Jaws Locking up at the microsoft updates website.

Hello listers,
Is any body having a problem with jaws6.0, locking up at the microsoft updates
website? If so, have you found a fix?
If you haven't had this problem do you have an idea why it's happening? Know
matter what I try, jaws is locking up at microsoft updates website. The
computer is down loading the updates but jaws will not speak. I've never seen
this problem on any of my computers, and I have had quite a few of them.
So what I am saying is, when I press the down load and instal button, jaws
doesn't say another word until I do an alt f4. I've never seen this befor.
