They must have changed something sinse Thursday.  I had few problems although I
did have to refresh the page.

Yes, I had the same thing happen to me yesterday.  I was able to launch
narrator and answer some critical questions to get the update started,
but it certainly was strange; whatever technology MS is now using, it's
certainly sending jfw 6.2 (anyway) into oblivion.
