If it helps, it is in the WINDOWS System32 folder on this XP Pro machine and
actually there is also a copy in the I386 folder I think it was. I haven't
yet tried it though.

For who ever it was asking about a shortcut, you should be able to do it by
locating the programme and right clicking on it then then from the context
menu hit on create shortcut. Then find that shortcut and again from the
context menu select properties where you can create the hot key and add in
the parameters to be passed when the shortcut is executed.
