looks like taskkill is only available for XP Pro, Does anyone know where I
can download the taskkill.ese file and where to put it in?

Actually, even though jaws crashes, the process is still running. To shutitCertificatedown, open the run dialog by pressing windows plus r, and type the following:
taskkill /F /IM jfw.exe
You can then restart jaws with whatever way you usually do it.

I've been having the same problem. I bring up narrator and saveI can then reboot. Sometimes the system gets hung up too much though. Ithe

Awhile ago someone wrote in that he has created an icon on desktop withhotkey command to use when Jaws crashes and I wrote asking what steps do II
need to do to create this hotkey and command. Since I've installed Jaws 7get on average a crash every 2 to 3 days and am stuck if I have importantJaws
stuff loaded up that I cant hear anymore to save as the only way to get----back from there is too reboot hence loosing what info I have loaded.
Please can anyone help me to create this kill Jaws hotkey?
