you can use the corrections dialogue in Dragon using the Jaws 
cursor.  However Yes the access is an issue since you hear all the other 
texts on screen as well.  I would be interested in reading your review.

I agree with your suggestion of using headphones.  However yesterday I=20
created a new user by using a standalone microphone and speech.  The =
speech=20
came through a second soundcard.
