Subject: Dragon Naturally speaking 7.3 and jfw

Hi all,

I'm writing this message using jaws for windows and Dragon
NaturallySpeaking. I have not had to use j-say. Dragon NaturallySpeaking
is quite accessible without any third-party software. The trick lies in
isolating sound sources. At the moment I'm using jaws and an Apollo speech
synthesiser. My system configuration is as follows:
Ram=512MB
  operating system equals Windows 2000
processor equals p4 the running at a speed of 2.4 gigahertz

As of now, I'm unable to control jaws using Dragon. I do not know whether
j-say or jawbone would facilitate this. I'm using the preferred edition of
the programme and have almost complete voice control over most
programmes. My installation of Dragon is one week old so I am still in the
learning and training process. Fortunately the training dialogues are quite
accessible. One problem that I'm having is trying to use the play that
back feature, but that is more a function of Dragon than anything else. And
modes of one problem with the results dialog box. the results dialog box
is a dialog box that displays recognition results in the
application. While trying to read this dialog I find that jaws reads of
other text on the screen as well. Again I cannot tell whether using j-say
or jawbone eliminates this problem. However at this point, jaws without
any third-party software seems to be a viable solution.
