Hi, in Vista you look for Ease of Access Centre, which replaces
Accessibility Options and the Accessibility Wizard (anyone remember that?)

Thanks for your suggestion.  I am using Windows Vista Home Premium so didn't
find accessibility options in the control panel.
 
 
Just got off the phone with Jaws tech support.  After an hour and still no
resolution of this problem, my case has been escalated up to next level.
