Yes, Roy, whether I am in a NotePad document or a Word document or typing a 
message in an email in Outlook Express, I use the arrow keys to review line by 
line what I have typed.

I arrow up and Jaws reads the line.
I arrow down and Jaws reads the above line again.

Jaws tech support said it sounds like the computer is not keeping up with the 
Jaws cursor.

Any ideas?
