it doesn't sound like you are using the jaws cursor and neither should you be 
for this.  I wonder in the notepad example if the window is mazamized and if 
word rap is checked.  I don't know what else would cause this.

message in an email in Outlook Express, I use the arrow keys to review line by 
line what I have typed.

  I arrow up and Jaws reads the line.
  I arrow down and Jaws reads the above line again.

  Jaws tech support said it sounds like the computer is not keeping up with the 
Jaws cursor.

  Any ideas?
