For Openbook to scan the PDF
1. Open OpenBook
2. Open the PDF
3. From the files menus, select print
4. In the print dialog, choose Freedom Import printer and press okay.
5. Openbook should recognize and display the text in its own window.
Note: If you have both OpenBook 7 and 8, you will need to find the window
asking you which one to use, and okay that before the recognition phase
can begin.
