[jaws-uk] identities in windows mail

Using Windows Vista, JAWS 9 Pro and Windows Mail (Outlook Express).
When I try to create a second identity in Windows Mail, I go to to Identities
in the File menu. I am given the option to import or delete an identity, but
nowhere to create a new. If I try to import, it tells me all identities have
been imported. So how do, Or even can I add a second identity in Windows Mail?
