Hi SusanThanks for that. I can see the security reasons for this process. So I've had a look and what I actually need to do is create a separate user account for the computer? So it would have a different log-on when botting up the PC from start-up. This is no problem and may work even better as it means both users will have separate accounts for using the computer. Now to the fun bit, any ideas how I do this using Vista?

Barbra, you won't like this, you have to have a seperate user account for each identity and each will have its own folders and contacts list. to switch identities you press the windows key, arrow right 3 times, and arrow down once, then press enter on switch identity, it is a security thing, a seperate account for each identity.hth ________________________________ From: barkingbabs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jaws-uk] identities in windows mail Date: Tue, 29 Apr 2008 14:28:10 +0100 Using Windows Vista, JAWS 9 Pro and Windows Mail (Outlook Express). When I try to create a second identity in Windows Mail, I go to to Identities in the File menu. I am given the option to import or delete an identity, but nowhere to create a new. If I try to import, it tells me all identities have been imported. So how do, Or even can I add a second identity in Windows Mail?Barbara _________________________________________________________________ Be a superhero and win!
