I believe restore points are saved for two months. You should have tried to correct the problems she caused rite after you discovered them. If you have put any programs on your computer after the time you wish to restore the computer they will be lost and they must be reinstalled. I don't know about e-mails however. You can always unrestore system restore if you don't like it's results. I am writing from America, but don't you oover there in England have volunteers who can come and help with such things? Angel and indeed you are your name is familiar, thing is it is several weeks ago she did this and I will have to pinpoint the exact day, being the Sent items list it is far more important than for example Jaws list, mind yu that is vital, but the sent items are my own messages and as mentioned to SStructural Engineers and the like Legal people, I have managed to contact Jade and she is at College but will try to come on Monday.
