Hi Jim,
This will only work if you don't have another application on
your computer
that uses the hot key, such as a previous version of JAWS,
find the icon on
your desktop and press alt enter for properties, tab to the
shortcut tab and
if it says none press j, if it says anything else backspace
it out and then
press j, then tab to the apply button, you should then be
able to tab round
to the hotkey box which should now say ctrl alt j, then
press the ok button
to leave properties and you're done.
