Yes, I think I'll prefer that (or some masking tape) when trying any re-assembly. :-) This makes me wonder if these screws are akin to the posts in the RPC. I wonder how many Iyonix users only bother to re-insert the 'easy' two screws when fitting a new HD. I have replaced HDs in the machines in the past. But have totally forgotten what I did. Old age (mine!)
