Its automatically created by !Configure's Internet setup component.
Unticking DHCP will remove the line from the file, but if you have had to
escape from the boot sequence to reach the desktop, !Configure wont work.
Manual editing of the file will allow a reboot to reach the desktop
normally, whereafter !Configure should be run, and DHCP unselected.
