You mean .101 and .102 on the outside, right? (not .101 and .101) ... My guess is that TS is still enabled on the external apapter of ISA itself. Though TS does bind to all IP's on the interface, you can (as pointed out in an earlier email) only bind TS to a particular adapter if you want... SO, you can still leave it on the internal address and TServer into it from your internal TServer...
