The blame lies squarely on the shoulders of the butthole(s) who wrote
the CodeRed virus.

Admins who didn't patch properly to protect against the criminal actions
of the virus writers were irresponsible, but they weren't the root cause
of the problem.

Yes, some people are pathetically narrow minded.

Example, he is blaming MS for CodeRed. HELLO! The patch that blocked
code
read was available 9 months before it came out. What does that mean, the
blame lies squarely on the shoulders of those admins responsible for
those
servers. No one else.
