It's quite easy to set up ISA to renew it's IP from the ISP's DHCP.
The linksys route is good if you want to publish a server behind ISA and not
worry about changing IP's, but other than that it seems to be a waste.

Yes go out and buy a Linksys router and set you ISA server up with a static IP address. Let the linksys handle all the dhcp stuff.
