I update my categories database nightly, as they have a full-time staff
that is constantly updating it. Your exchange server probably isn't in
there because no-one has submitted your site for testing yet.

I guess they do the most, but there is not always an accurate result.
Looks like even a new links which is not in categories, will be sent
back to company on a weekly period for next categorized released. I just
found that my own exchange shared hosting is not listed as a web based
email.
But one thing I suggest you, take a look at discussions here about a
month ago and how people could simply by pass the filter and get that
fixed ASAP. Other wise surf control is just a dumb.....
