But I was told by a tech that software collect URLs which are not categorized and reports it back for future inspection in labs. So in this way, they will get categorized. Maybe that was just a personal comment from him. Looks like even a new links which is not in categories, will be sent back to company on a weekly period for next categorized released. I just found that my own exchange shared hosting is not listed as a web based email. But one thing I suggest you, take a look at discussions here about a month ago and how people could simply by pass the filter and get that fixed ASAP.
