Hi All

Can i clarify that it's compulsory to have a Photo ID with your travel pass in
this city? My father who's an OAP Pass holder didn't think so until i said to
him that he shoud have a photo id with his pass.

I've noticed that in some DART stations the new validating ticketing machines
have been set up. Will it mean that from now on well have to get tickets when
showing our passes at every station?

I think the restriction times on all our travel passes be abolished completely
so that we can use them to travel anytime on the buses. What do you reckon?

I woould also like to point out that in relation to privately owned buses some
of them will accept your pass & sometimes you would be asked by the driver to
fill out your details on your pass on to a form that he would keep for his
records. One such company which I found very good was Matthews coaches who run
coach rides to Drogheda or dundalk every day.

Best wishes

Suzanne
