second line is dedicated only for Internet. You can use BSNL NetOne
Accountless Internet package with this line.
No installation charges.
Monthly rental of Rs 499/- or Rs 399/- depends on your telephone
exchange irrespective of usage.
Your NetOne charges will be extra at the rate of Rs 6 per hour of
connection.
Unlimited download.
24 hours available. (i.e NO TIME LIMIT or BANDWIDTH LIMIT).
Download speed is 4 to 5 KB/Sec consistently. At worst case it is 2.5
KB/Sec.
