KB/Sec most of the day
I use BSNL 2nd line (Rs. 540 per month). Just paying that (apart from
paying once for 100hrs package to VSNL), I am enjoying 100 MB download
every night--more than enough for keeping a debian system updated
(Every morning I will see the updated system :-).
I will go for sify if the speed is guaranteed not to fall below 3.5 or 3 .
