Hi,
Mr. Kannan: Does it mean that we cannot use it with RH9? Cause that is
what I have.
Mr. Praveen: Can you confirm from Sify about when they are planning to
support RH9?

Importance: High
I have got the same connection from sify ( Rs 2500 installation charge +
600
monthly). Decent 24 hr connection considering just 600 rupees a
month(Atleast I am satisfied). They say initial charge will vary based
on
Area but they almost charge 2500 flat.
In RH9 the installation did not go correctly, after quite a bit of
trouble I
managed to install sify Broad band client.
Sify Bbcliet for RH9 atleast doesnot work smoothly after the
installation
also. Even Today If I connect to Sify using RH9 I may not be able to
browse.
The status reporting tool will also be inconsitent.
In any case this connection is Far better from ur dialups
