Justification:

Assuming you are online for 10 hours a day, your Netone charges will be 
INR. 1800 (300x6). Also you have to pay INR. 499 for the phone line 
which put together comes to INR. 2299 which is nearly four times the 
rate of Sify.

PS: If you assume that you are online for 24 hours a day, the amount is 
even more higher. Please correct me if I am wrong. Sridhar is using this 
connection. He can give a bigger picture on this.
