Faculty should blame themselves for not inspiring the
students and helping them discover their best. A
teacher/guru's role is to identify raw potential in
students, and mold it in the same way a potter moulds
clay on his wheel.
Management: should blame themselves for not providing
sufficient resources/freedom to students, faculty
(there are exceptional management too).
Management should be questioned about their true intent
for running the institution -- profit or education.
If it's the latter, management should also be asked
what they have done to inspire their faculty and
support them in their quest.
It is all about *attitude*.

complaining. I'm glad you/we are acutally doing
something about it.
